Our Professional Development Opportunities

All employees are allocated 12 days for further training each year. You can help shape how you use this time based on your professional and personal development goals: deepen your subject matter expertise in internal knowledge circles or further your development through our soft-skills training programs. You can also attend conferences.

Areas of Expertise

We actively share our knowledge within the company. In our areas of expertise, colleagues exchange ideas across disciplines and share their experiences with one another.

Training Courses

Internal and external training programs promote professional and personal development. In addition to technical expertise, these programs also focus on soft skills such as communication tailored to different personality types and facilitation.

Conferences

We regularly participate in various conferences as attendees, speakers, or through engagement with the community. Internal events also provide opportunities for knowledge sharing and new perspectives within the company.
